My Story
No matter how your experiences have caused you to doubt your value, Girl we need you. I was married to a grandiose narcissist for ten years. An unrelated disagreement was exploited as a means to coerce me into an open marriage. When I refused, I was told to leave my home. I left with only three dresses, a few pairs of panties, and one bra, prioritizing the need to pack as much clothing and essentials for my children as possible. I walked through the airport with a one-year-old and a four-year-old, a single suitcase, and a car seat. My heart was broken, my spirit was crushed, and I was utterly exhausted. Through counseling, coaching, family support, and community resources, I have been rebuilding my life, step by step. I understand how validating it is to speak with someone who genuinely comprehends toxic relationship dynamics. I also recognize the frustration of discussing these experiences with someone who lacks that lived understanding. My deepest desire is to support your recovery in any way I can.
